Preserved radish locally known as chai poh 菜埔 is radish cured using salt, sugar, and/or vinegar or other seasonings. Taste profile is salty, crunchy and sometimes alittle sweet! You may add preserved radish into pan-fried carrot cake to add a layer of saltiness and crunchiness into each bite!

We take a supplier-sourced product and prepare it in our own style, to our taste.
