LHS Foods is a Singapore-based food manufacturing company specialising in traditional steamed carrot cake and a range of complementary products, including cai poh, sambal belacan chilli, and deep-fried carrot cake sticks. Established in 2007, our business is built on recipes that date back to the 1980s, first developed by our maternal grandfather and carried forward through the generations.

Over the years, these recipes have been thoughtfully refined while staying true to their original character. This continuity allows us to preserve the familiar flavours of tradition while ensuring consistency in every batch we produce. Today, we supply a wide network of hawkers, caterers, pubs, and F&B establishments across Singapore.

Our carrot cake is made using real radish and carrots, maintaining the texture and depth that define an authentic product. Fun fact: LHS represents Lim Hai Sheng - with Lim being the founders' surname and Hai Sheng means "prosperous" in a Chinese business context!
